The detection tool currently does not provide customized services. If you need to customize the electrical box and cable, you can contact us and tell us your detailed needs. We will provide you with a tailor-made professional solution.
How is on-site support arranged if a problem cannot be resolved remotely?
For issues that cannot be fixed remotely, we will decide whether to dispatch a technician for on-site support or arrange for the equipment to be returned to the factory for repair based on the actual situation.
Can the 19-core detection tool detect 16-core cables?
The 19-core detection tool currently only supports the detection of 13-core and 19-core cables. EPTE has also launched a 16-core detection tool that can detect 16-core cables.
