Haikou was chosen as the host city for the first stop of Jay Chou’s 2023 China mainland concert tour. As his first concert post the COVID-19 pandemic, it attracted a huge number of fans and extensive attention both at home and abroad. Since large-scale concerts had almost come to a halt during the pandemic, all equipment required a full inspection and testing, with new equipment procured ahead of the show. In response, EPTE set up a dedicated task force to provide inspection and testing services for this project, and upgraded the power distribution system with waterproof True1 power cables.
